We design wellness experiences that are inspired by the women
of Aotearoa.
Our mission is to understand women’s wellness needs and create exciting experiences that fulfil them.
Our retreats are based on thorough research and insight, designed for women’s wellness needs now. We create limited time only, pop-up experiences, because we get that women’s wellness needs are constantly changing. That means we can collaborate with experts and local businesses to address those needs as they evolve and shift.
Each Myland & Co retreat is a one-day escape designed to feel like a mini-holiday that leaves you refreshed and centred. With meticulous attention to detail, we make women feel relaxed and cared for. Then, we give women the tools to help integrate their newly learned wellness practices into daily life.
Please get in touch if you would like to join our Myland & Co. community research panel, or if you're a wellness business or practitioner interested in collaborating.
Jacquie Bennett
Founder & Experience Manager
Jacquie (Jacs) is all about the insights — aka, those little nuggets of info that give us a glimpse into human behaviour. After 20 years of global experience as an insight and strategy director, you could say she’s pretty good at it. Luckily for us, that geeky strategy brain comes with a big passion for wellness. In 2023, Jacs decided to channel her expertise into something that helps women, using her well-honed skills in research and insights to design world-class experiences tailored to women’s wellbeing needs. Jacs’ extensive research and test retreats, and collaborations with top wellness experts, have all shaped Myland & Co into what it is today. By blending professional insights with holistic practices, Jacs has created a space where women can rejuvenate, restore balance, and prioritise their wellbeing.
Jacs is the Experience Manager at all Myland & Co. retreats.

Rebecca Le Harle
REIKI PRACTITIONER / TEA MASTER / FACIAL YOGA TEACHER
Rebecca is a Tea Master, founder of Bohemia Tea, Reiki practitioner, and facial yoga teacher. Which means we’ve all got lots to learn from her. Over nearly two decades in Reiki, Rebecca has witnessed its profound ability to relieve stress, ease pain, and bring deep emotional and physical healing. We don’t call it magic, but it certainly feels like it. Rebecca’s also our resident facial yoga expert, which means that she guides clients through mindful exercises that tone facial muscles, boost circulation, and enhance natural radiance. By blending massage, movement, and energy healing, Rebecca teaches her clients how to nurture their skin from within, helping them feel more relaxed and confident.
